1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing or using ViralOS, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you use ViralOS on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
If you do not agree, do not use ViralOS.
2. About ViralOS
ViralOS is operated by Predictive Lead Systems LLC. ViralOS is an intelligence platform that helps users understand observable patterns behind content performance.
Features include social URL analysis, Viral Score, Viral DNA, Algorithm, Trend, Pattern, Audience, Competitor, Growth, Recommendation, Experiment and Performance Intelligence, AI Content Lab, workspace collaboration and, where supported, social account connections.
ViralOS evaluates observable content signals and publicly documented platform factors. It does not access or reverse-engineer proprietary ranking systems.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least the minimum age required by applicable law in your location ([MINIMUM AGE — TO BE CONFIRMED]) and able to form a binding agreement to use ViralOS.
4. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Workspaces and Team Members
Content, analyses, intelligence and connected accounts belong to a workspace. Workspace owners and administrators can invite members and assign roles that determine what each member can view or change.
Workspace owners are responsible for who they grant access to and for members' use of the workspace.
6. Subscriptions and Plans
ViralOS offers a free plan and, when paid billing is enabled, paid plans. Each plan has entitlements such as the number of social accounts that can be connected and the number of Deep Analyses available.
Paid subscriptions and billing terms will apply when paid billing is enabled. Plan features and prices shown on the Pricing page may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting an active paid subscription. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for billing details.
7. Deep Analyses and Usage Limits
Your plan determines how many social accounts you can connect. Deep Analyses are counted separately. Usage limits may be enforced automatically. We may apply reasonable limits to protect the service from abuse or excessive automated use.
9. User Content and User Data
You retain ownership of content you submit or connect, subject to the rights of third parties. You grant ViralOS a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that content only as necessary to:
- provide the service
- process and analyze submitted content
- generate the outputs you request
- maintain, secure and troubleshoot the service
- improve the service where permitted by the Privacy Policy
ViralOS does not claim ownership of your content and does not sell your content. Our approach to using content for AI model training has not been finalized; we will not use your content for that purpose unless it is described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable setting.
10. Acceptable Use
You must not use ViralOS to:
- gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data
- steal or misuse credentials
- bypass platform permissions, privacy controls or access restrictions
- scrape private information
- create fake engagement or manipulate social platform systems
- abuse APIs or perform automated actions that violate third-party platform rules
- upload malware or attempt to compromise ViralOS
- impersonate others or infringe third-party rights
- harass or abuse other users
- send excessive automated requests intended to disrupt the service
- carry out any unlawful activity
You are responsible for complying with the rules of any third-party platform you analyze or connect to ViralOS.
11. AI-Generated and Analytical Outputs
ViralOS provides analytical and AI-assisted outputs. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unavailable. You should review outputs before relying on them.
ViralOS outputs are not legal, financial, medical, investment or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make using ViralOS.
12. Viral Score, Viral DNA and Intelligence Limitations
Viral Score is a heuristic assessment and is not a guarantee of performance. Viral DNA describes observable characteristics and relationships; it is not a formula that guarantees virality. Recommendations are suggestions for testing and decision support.
Trend information may be based on workspace observations, user-provided information, research sources or connected data, depending on the feature.
ViralOS does not guarantee virality, reach, views, engagement, followers, conversions, revenue, algorithmic distribution or any business result.
13. Third-Party Platforms
ViralOS integrates with or analyzes information associated with third-party platforms. Those platforms are independent services. ViralOS does not control their availability, APIs, policies, ranking systems, data availability, permissions or changes.
A third-party platform may change or revoke API access at any time. ViralOS is not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms.
14. Intellectual Property
ViralOS and its licensors own the software, interface, branding, trademarks, product design, proprietary models, system architecture, documentation and ViralOS-created platform materials. These Terms do not grant you any rights in them except the right to use the service as permitted.
ViralOS does not claim ownership of third-party social content.
15. Feedback
If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them to improve ViralOS without obligation to you.
16. Service Availability
We aim to keep ViralOS available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where practical.
17. Beta / Experimental Features
Some features may be labelled beta, experimental, heuristic or not yet validated. They may change, be limited or be removed, and are provided as-is.
18. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using ViralOS at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk for other users or the service, or where required by law.
19. Data After Termination
After termination, we may retain or delete data in line with the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Where practical, we will give you an opportunity to export your workspace data before deletion.
20. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, ViralOS is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ViralOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, reach or business opportunity. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for ViralOS in the twelve months before the claim, or, if you have not paid, a nominal amount [TO BE CONFIRMED WITH LEGAL COUNSEL].
22. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify ViralOS against claims arising from your content, your connected accounts, or your breach of these Terms or third-party platform rules.
23. Governing Law
Governing law: [TO BE CONFIRMED WITH LEGAL COUNSEL].
24. Dispute Resolution
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Venue and dispute process: [TO BE CONFIRMED WITH LEGAL COUNSEL].
25. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will update the version and last-updated date above, and give notice of material changes where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Social Account Connections
You may connect supported social accounts only through authorized mechanisms provided by the relevant platform. ViralOS does not ask you to provide your social-media passwords directly to ViralOS.
ViralOS may receive information made available through the permissions you grant and the relevant platform provides. Data availability varies by platform, account type, permissions, provider policies, and technical availability.
Where a provider integration is unavailable, you may still use URL analysis where supported.
You are responsible for having authority to connect any account, Page, channel or business asset. You may disconnect accounts at any time. Disconnecting stops new data from that account; it does not by itself delete historical intelligence.
